Position : Proposal Engineer

Objective : To lead the development of proposals, estimates, and technical sales documents for our paint coating solutions.

Qualification : Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Competencies : Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software

Technical Skills & Knowledge : Strong technical knowledge of CAD Software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk), Knowledge of Sheet metal, Heavy structure, Tank, piping, Painting system, Paint shop design, Powder Coating System design, Conveyor plants design.

Relevant Work Experience : Should have minimum 4 – 5 years of experience as proposal engineer or a related field

Responsibilities
• Lead the development of proposals, estimates, and technical sales documents
• Collaborate with sales teams, technical experts, and customers to understand project requirements
• Conduct technical research and analysis to develop innovative solutions
• Develop and maintain proposal templates, sales sheets, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate estimation of project costs and timelines
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
