Objective:

  • To overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the organization.
  • Should coordinate with project activities, managing resources, and ensure on time delivery.
  • To monitor project progress, identifying risks, and implementing strategies to mitigate challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualification: B.E Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Competencies:

  • Proven Experience in Project Coordination/ Management
  • Knowledge of Powder coating systems and/or related processes would be beneficial
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing project requirement and priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. MS Project)

Technical Skills & Knowledge: Good communication skills & Managing System

Relevant Work Experience: Should have minimum 4 – 5 years’ experience

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the on-time delivery of the project and project planning.
  2. Order confirmation with internal department.
  3. Review of contract with respect to technical and commercial specifications with sales.
  4. Obtain clarity on technical and commercial disparities if any in the purchase order from the client.
  5. Obtain approval of drawings, documents and Quality Assurance Plan from client, consultant and appointed inspection agency.
  6. Expedite procurement of Bought out Equipment in Co-ordination with Purchase.
  7. Coordinate with Design, Planning, and manufacturing to smooth execution of the project.
  8. Expedite inspection with Consultants, Third Party Inspection Agencies and Client.
  9. Co-coordinate with Quality Assurance for relevant documentation required for completion of inspection.
  10. Co-ordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance and Logistics to ensure proper documentation of billing and dispatch.
  11. Obtain Acceptance test certificate from Client/Customers.
  12. Interface with Service for timely erection and commissioning of product/package.
  13. Obtain payments / relevant bank guarantees from customers.
  14. Maintain and follow defined quality management system in the project execution.
  15. Update and maintain appropriate MIS.
  16. Maintain & adhere QMS & procedures.
