Inside Sales Coordinator
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant Work Experience:
- Should have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in an inside sales role.
- Proven track record of sales success.
Responsibilities Sales Support:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability.
- Qualify leads and route to appropriate sales representatives.
- Assist with sales order processing, including data entry and order tracking.
Sales Process Management:
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and dashboards.
- Track sales performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, sales revenue).
- Identify and resolve sales process bottlenecks.
- Implement sales process improvements.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage sales materials, including brochures, catalogs, and presentations.
- Coordinate sales meetings, events, and trade shows.
- Maintain sales database accuracy.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales representatives, customer service, and marketing teams.
- Communicate sales performance and customer feedback to relevant teams.
